PROS: Nothing beats Provide Support in terms of affordability. We were able to introduce the platform to our team seamlessly. With the chat support application, we can implement more guidelines and maximize our resources resulting in an increase in clients as well as profit margin.

CONS: So far, there is nothing that I dislike about ProvideSupport. It gives me what I need, like real-time chat monitoring. Plus, customers can use the app using their smartphone or laptop, so I guess that there is nothing more that I can ask for.

PROS: It's intuitive, I have no problem navigating the tools. Customers will have a little problem, too, with the interface. It's also easy to set up. Neat and we've customized it to match our branding. Moreover, it's affordable, making it a good investment for small businesses.

CONS: I can't think of any except the trivial default settings. You'll have to reconfigure it to your preference.

PROS: My company has been using this platform for almost half a decade already. It performs smoothly, for we only seldom experience downtimes or bugs in the system. It comes with all the essential features to ensure that all concerns are resolved upon initial contact. The platform allows us to issue service tickets to our clients to ensure that concerns are tracked and resolved systematically.

CONS: We tried using several other LiveChat software before; however, none of them provided above-average results as compared to ProvideSupport. So far, this is the best software in town, so we will be sticking with this product until we find something better.

PROS: This software brings in something new for our company. I like it because it helps us resolve multiple customer issues. Nobody from the team had difficulties using the platform because it is so smart and yet intuitive. Customers no longer have to wait for hours for resolutions. They can reach out to someone with just one click of a button. We can also monitor the status of the activity for each chat conversation which is very crucial for providing excellent service.

CONS: They can do better in terms of upgrading the interface because it honestly looks outdated. They can attract more clients if they improve on their overall design.

PROS: Before we had ProvideSupport, we struggled to answer our customer concerns through emails and phone calls. Now that we offer chat support, we can look into multiple issues and address all of them at the same time. Our work became more manageable and less stressful, plus we can make our clients happy, so they remain loyal to the company.

CONS: None that I can think of. I love the platform so much because it makes our lives easier. The interface may look dull, and its features may be limited, but for me, it gets the job done, and that's the most important thing.

PROS: The staff can address multiple issues all at the same time. Customers do not like being neglected; that is why we chose to use this application to ensure that we address all their urgent concerns. ProvideSupport is so easy to use, and in case there are technical issues, we can easily ask for assistance from their support team.

CONS: The trial period is very limited, and there is not enough time to gauge whether the platform is good enough or not. Currently, it offers ten days of a free trial, but it would be best if they could increase it to thirty days.

PROS: I think that this platform is essential not just for our company, but it is also applicable to other types of businesses. PROS: One thing that I really liked about this tool is that I could easily access the live chat. Website monitoring can also be done in real time, and combined with the live chat has made it easier for different parts of the team to communicate and stay in sync with each other.

CONS: While there were features that I appreciated, I don't know if the program as a whole is worth the cost, especially if your company has limited resources just like ours. It was also difficult to implement this program, which is a hassle that I really didn't need.

PROS: We found out about Provide Support from one of our employees. He suggested that we can do something to improve our level of service. The software is simply amazing, and since we were able to make a smooth transition from day one. It allows you to manage the number of member users categorize them according to the level of support that they are providing to our clients. We can easily assist our clients based on the initial information that is being provided to us. Tracing the country of origin, as well as the IP address, is made possible to ensure that the queries are valid.

CONS: The interface looks dull and uninteresting. It doesn't sound like a significant issue; however, developing software to make it look aesthetically appealing plays a considerable role in gaining more attention from clients.

PROS: I can confidently say that this tool's chat implementation is even more robust compared to other products like Salesforce and Zendesk. we've been using this tool for a decade now and it's a testament to its stability and dependability that we've only encountered problems with it about five years ago. It's got all the features our department needs to provide adequate support, resulting in more satisfied clients.

CONS: Frankly speaking, I can't think of anything that I don't like about this product.

PROS: The platform is so easy to learn, and navigation has never been a problem for everyone. We were able to customize some of its features and tailor fit it our business processes making sure that we can act upon customer issues and queries in a swift manner.

CONS: It takes forever to download and run reports using this platform. There are times when the stats are not updated in real-time. We rely on these numbers to see how our support team is performing and what needs to be done differently. Hopefully, they could figure out how to make their reports a lot better.

PROS: There are a number of things to like about this tool, foremost of which is how it was easy for me to install it. It's also user-friendly, as I was able to use the administrative portal to quickly and easily add and remove users, as well as to come up with various support groups and group users there. That user-friendliness also extended to the operator console. The tool has also helped us to improve when it comes to serving our customers since any information submitted by them, as well as useful information like country and IP, can be easily accessed.

CONS: I think that the tool can be more aesthetically pleasing, especially when it comes to its pop up box for chats as well as its administrative portal.

PROS: When we first started using this tool, it became easier for us to address client concerns since the tool was flexible enough to be installed on work stations, allowing our support agents to answer complaints as soon as they came in. This was really great, especially when compared to other tools that made us wait for a day before we could see any requests for support from our clients.

CONS: I have to admit that it was a bit tedious setting up new users. We also had to make things easier for our clients by setting up two teams where they could be redirected so their concerns can be addressed properly.

PROS: I'm no tech guy so having good support is a big deal for me. Not only because it solves potential issues but knowing that support is a chat away gives me peace of mind knowing that my own support system can function 99.99% of the time.

CONS: I'm glad that it worked out for me, but I'd be happier if we're able to test drive it for a longer time. That said, 10 days may be a bit short for others.

PROS: I like the neat interface, especially how the icons are intuitive and easy to understand. Navigating the dashboard is easy. I also like being able to check for online visitors, as well as if they're typing. It helps me prepare the response. We're using Joomla and Magento and I'm happy to say integration is smooth.

CONS: The design can use some facelifting to make it more modern.
