What is BLAST Fitness?
The 60-minute class composed of: intervals, strength & endurance, kickboxing combos, & functional fitness. Each class includes a warm up, workout, mobility exercises, and recovery cool down. Moves can be adjusted to accommodate fitness level or limitations. This class is designed for all levels, ages 18+.
What if I haven’t exercised in years (or ever)?
You have come to the right place! You will get a good sweat in any of our classes but can participate at your own pace. We encourage you to start out slow and gradually increase your intensity over time. At any time during class, you can slow down or stop and take a break. Starting out easy will help reduce soreness, prevent injury, and keep you motivated to keep reaching for your goals. Alternate techniques may be substituted to accommodate injury or adjust intensity level.

Build muscle and burn fat while having fun. Martial arts moves, kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX suspension, and bodyweight exercises help you get in the best shape of your life. Exercises can be adjusted to accommodate fitness level and limitations. BLAST Fitness is designed for all levels, beginners especially. No prior experience needed. Come prepared to sweat!
