Here~ we propose a set of system specifications for a CERT (Curriculum Evaluation and Review T_echnique) system, The basic concept of CERTis similar to PERT. However, CERT is a linear sequential model that is used to plan, schedule, and control a school course, The technique views a school course as a project whose purpose is to deliver knowledge to a group of students.
