HEVC video coding with deep learning based frame interpolation

Recent researches in video frame interpolation show great progress. In this paper, we
propose a novel video compression method which incorporates deep learning based frame
interpolation into HEVC which is the current video compression standard. Experimental
results show that our approach can outperform HEVC in some scenarios.
