Jing Sun received her Ph.D. in Chemistry of Chinese Materia Medica from the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. She is an associate research fellow at the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Her research interests mainly focus on (1) basic research and the mechanism of action of food and drug homologous substances; (2) food and drug homology quality evaluation; (3) food and medicine homologous deep processing technology; and (4) functional product research and development.
