Kiemute Oyibo is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Waterloo, Canada. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. He has published over 70 scientific papers, which have received over 750 citations on Google Scholar. The design of a culture-tailored persuasive health application called BEN’FIT, upon which his thesis is based, received the Gold Award at the Human Computer Interaction International 2019 Student Design Competition in Florida. In 2019, he did a postdoctoral fellowship at Carnegie Mellon University, United States.
