Luke 2:8-14
And in the same region there were shepherds out in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.9 And an angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were filled with great fear. 10 And the angel said to them, “Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. 11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. 12 And this will be a sign for you: you will find a baby wrapped in swaddling cloths and lying in a manger.”
13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying,
14 “Glory to God in the highest,
and on earth peace among those with whom he is pleased!”

Matthew 18:10
See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven.
And if each person on earth has a Guardian Angel - this places the population of Angels as Heavenly Host between 16 Billion and 9 Billion. With the Birth Rate being low as 12 for 6 years - we appear to be putting Angels enjoying the comforts of Heaven!!! I believe we can safely assume Heavenly Host of Christmas is at least 7 Billion.
Jesus is with Abba as Creation occurs.
Hebrews 1:6
And again, when he brings the firstborn into the world, he says,
“Let all God's angels worship Him.”
Isaiah 40:26
Lift up your eyes on high And see who has created these stars, The One who leads forth their host by number, He calls them all by name.
He knows all the Host of Heaven by name. The Heavenly Host has been with Father God who is Alpha and Omega. Ancient of Days.
2 Kings 6:5-
When the servant of the man of God rose early in the morning and went out, behold, an army with horses and chariots was all around the city. And the servant said, “Alas, my master! What shall we do?” 16 He said, “Do not be afraid, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” 17 Then Elisha prayed and said, “O Lord, please open his eyes that he may see.” So the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw, and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.
And Jesus Himself tells us He has authority over all things.
Matthew 26:53
Do you think that I cannot appeal to my Father, and he will at once send me more than twelve legions of angels?
and on earth Peace among those with whom He is pleased!”
Our Abba,
You alone are the LORD. You made the heavens, even the highest heavens, and all their starry host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them. You give life to everything, and the multitudes of heaven worship you.
You are God of all grace, calling us to Your glory in Christ eternal,
with only small suffering,
You will, Yourself, restore us and make us strong, firm and steadfast.
Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow, You are for us. Cover us, the ones we Love and You Love with the Strong Name of Jesus. Covering all of us, the world You will save in Jesus Christ. Knowing we are very Blessed in Jesus. Amen.
