RULH Preschool Attains Grant for Agriculture in the Classroom!
Congratulations to Ms. Katie Skinner (RULH Preschool Teacher) who recently wrote a grant and was awarded money to build a raised bed and a compost bin at RULH Elementary School. The grant was awarded from the National Agriculture in the Classroom Organization. RULH Junior High School Agriculture Teacher Mr. Justin Cluxton is going to build the beds that will be placed in the yard outside the second grade classrooms. The preschoolers are excited for this upcoming project!
Three RULH Elementary Students Achieve Perfect Scores on Ohio State Tests
Congratulations to Jaxon Hopper (math), Josh Miller (language arts), and Carter Hamm (math) for earning perfect scores on their Ohio State Assessments! Blue Jay Pride!
RULH Celebrates School Board Appreciation Month!
RULH FFA Officers Prepare for Upcoming Brown County Consignment Auction
RULH FFA officers have been preparing for the 15th annual Brown County FFA Consignment Auction! The FFA accepted items at the Fairgrounds on Wednesday through Friday this week. The students have tagged equipment and other items that consigners brought in for the auction! Please plan to attend the FFA Consignment Auction at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 18th, at the Brown County Fairgrounds in Georgetown. Support the Brown County Future Farmers of America by attending the auction on Saturday!
RULH Homecoming to be Held on Friday, January 24th
RULH Jr./Sr. High School Homecoming will be held on Friday, January 24th. The Blue Jays JV and varsity boys basketball teams will take on the Manchester Greyhounds. The JV game will tip off at 6:00 p.m. The Homecoming ceremony will take place at approximately 7:00 p.m. prior to the tip-off of the boys varsity game, and the dance will follow the varsity boys basketball game until 11:30 p.m. Please read below for the 2025 Homecoming Court members! Go Blue Jays!

First Grade Students Learning to Count Coins
RULH first grade students in Mrs. Kim Cooper's class have been learning how to count coins! The students are doing a great job of learning a new skill!

Varsity Lady Jays Win Ripley Holiday Classic
The varsity Lady Jays dominated the Ripley Holiday Classic! The girls defeated Saint Patrick (66-42) in the semifinal game and then defeated Robertson County 56-16 to win the championship game. Grace Taylor was named MVP of the tournament, and Brooklyn Manning was named to the All-Tournament Team! The Lady Jays are 6-7 overall on the year, and have a big week next week with four games! Good luck Lady Jays!
