Homoserin kinaza (EC 2.7.1.39, homoserinska kinaza (fosforilacija), HSK) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:L-homoserin O-fosfotransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
