Need to return or exchange an item? Not a problem!

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable offer you a refund or exchange.
We cannot accept returns of products which have been used due to hygiene reasons. To be eligible for a return, your item must be 100% unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Engraved items, Gift Cards & used items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
We cannot arrange an exchange for product that is of a higher value than your original order. 

Processing

We will process the refund/exchange within 10 working days of receiving your return.

All items are inspected upon receipt. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unused and in the same condition you received them. We will send across an email to confirm once the refund/exchange has been approved and processed.

If the product is found used or in an unsuitable condition, we will be unable to process a refund for you and we will have to send it back to you using the default delivery address on your original order.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to reach your account. 


Extended Christmas Returns

Our extended Christmas returns apply to orders placed from the 1st November through to the 31st December. Please let us know by the 10th January if you'd like to make a return of any items purchased within this period (unless the usual 30-day window is after this date and then the normal return policy will apply).

We will require the return to reach us by the 31st January (or within the 30 days, whichever is greater) in order for you to be eligible for a refund/exchange.

All products have to be 100% unused, unwashed, and in the original condition in order for the refund/exchange to be accepted.
