Shipping Method
Cherokee Nation Gift Shop utilizes both USPS and UPS services.  Please expect your package to arrive within three to five business days from the day of shipment.  During this time, tracking numbers will be available as soon as possible.

Large orders or orders containing large items may see an increase in shipping/delivery time. Tracking numbers will be emailed to the email provided by the customer.  Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed prior to noon Eastern time and shipping to the address listed with your credit card company as your official billing address will arrive as specified above.  Orders placed after noon Eastern Time will be shipped out the next business day.

USPS will be used for P.O. Box billing and/or shipping addresses and also on orders that are considered reduced shipping orders. 
Orders placed on weekend days will be processed on the following Monday.  If you require next day shipping, please call our order department at 918.378.8104 and expedited shipping can be arranged at an additional charge.

We do not ship outside the United States.

SHIPPING RATES
$10 Flat Rate Shipping for orders subtotaling at $100 or less.  Orders subtotaling over $100 will see an additional $5 per $50 spent, i.e. up to $150 = $15, up to $200 = $20, up to $250 = $25, etc. 

Cherokee Nation Gift Shop allows you to make your purchases using any of the payment methods described below. Please read our policies carefully, especially with respect to payment methods, before you place your order.

Whether you order online or by phone, you may pay by credit or with debit card. When you provide Cherokee Nation Gift Shop with your card information, we will obtain a pre-approval from the card company for the amount of the order, which may result in a corresponding block on your available credit while the pre-approval remains in place. Cherokee Nation Gift Shop will not bill your credit card or process a transaction under your debit or credit card until your order ships.

Offer is valid on orders unless item specified. If special shipping is required your order will be called in for rate. Special item shipping rates are calculated according to the purchase value of your order. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments. Shipping to multiple addresses will require separate orders and the appropriate S&H rate will apply per address.

Signature requirement on packages is available at an additional charge.  This means that in order for a package to be delivered a signature will be required.  If you would like this option, you will need to call after placing your order to request the signature requirement.
