David Finlay (born October 20, 1958)[1] is a professional wrestler and road agent from Belfast, Northern Ireland.[1][5] He is currently wrestling on the ECW brand of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) under the ring name Finlay.[4] He has held both the WCW World Television Championship and the WWE United States Championship.
