Tokio Jokio is a 1943 Looney Tunes propaganda short movie directed by U.S. Corporal Norman McCabe and released to movie theaters by RKO Radio Pictures. It stars Mel Blanc. The movie presents itself as a Tokyo newscast about all areas of everyday living in Japan, with the Japanese depicted as being incompetent. The film has been controversial for its racist depictions of Japanese people.
