Van Johnson (Charles Van Dell Johnson, August 25, 1916 – December 12, 2008) was an American movie, television, stage, radio, voice actor, singer, and dancer who is known for his roles in 30 Seconds over Tokyo, A Guy Named Joe and in The Caine Mutiny.

Johnson was born on August 25, 1916 in Newport, Rhode Island.[1] He was married to Eve Lynn Abbott Wynn from 1947 until they divorced in 1968. He has 1 child with Wynn and two step-children. Johnson died on December 12, 2008 from natural causes in his Nyack, New York home, aged 92.[2]
