Description

Description

Our powdered lecithin is derived from natural soy lipid (found in plants and animal cells) consisting of 4 phospholipids (phosphatidyl choline, -ethanolamin, -serin, -inositol).  It is capable of binding oil to water and prevent water-oil separation.

Lecithin is widely used within the food and cosmetic industry for its nutritive benefits and as a lipophilic emulsifier, thickener and emollient.  Soy is the most concentrated plant-based source of natural lecithin.

Soy Lecithin Powder is produced from  soy lecithin by using CO2 supercritical extraction. The CO2 extraction process removes the oil from the lecithin and results in a natural powder consistency that does not require any further processing.  This powder is 100% pure and contains no additives.
