Thieves and liars

they were alright until i looked into changing from van to car insurance. First quote was around 750 annually. I called back after moving some... they were alright until i looked into changing from van to car insurance. First quote was around 750 annually. I called back after moving some funds around and was then quoted 3500, and the 750 was a monthly payments I DID NOT agree to go ahead with the change, I cancelled my policy and attempted to get insurance elsewhere, just to find they had taken the funds from my account anyway. At no point had I agreed to go ahead with the payment. Called them up and they claimed there was no payment taken, well my bank statements disagree. Robbing C***S Read more Read less

    Never again

    Never again they double my insurance Very poor customer service. They disconnected the call several times. After few calls and emails nothing sorted out . Avoid

    AWFUL NEVER AGAIN

    Just cancelled my insurance Just cancelled my insurance, asked for my no claims information, there is an accident that I have not/never been involved in;... Just cancelled my insurance Just cancelled my insurance, asked for my no claims information, there is an accident that I have not/never been involved in; I made them aware in December and still nothing has been done, my new insurance is due to be cancelled as they will not remove. Avoid at all costs - 8 phone calls later; 3 hang-ups, 1 complaint - and that's just today and I am nowhere closer to any solution.     SCAM ARTISTS

    Scam artists, would give them ZERO stars, if I was able!! Had insurance from 1st Sept until 19th Sept, paid the first payment and then... Scam artists, would give them ZERO stars, if I was able!!
