migVisor supports HBase, MongoDB, MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL databases and Java and C# applications as sources. migVisor supports Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure as targets. Does migVisor replace SCT?

migVisor does not replace SCT; they are complementary. migVisor runs first in the migration process to develop a high-level assessment and migration complexity ranking for each source database. SCT runs next when you want to do a detailed schema conversion and code-level assessment for a database. SCT is a tool exclusively for DBA’s, while migVisor is a product for both technical individuals, as well as client executives in charge of cloud migration and application modernization initiatives.
