Payment Policy
- 30% deposit is required by booking. It can be paid by bank transfer or with a credit card.
- 70% balance is required at least 4 weeks prior to an arrival. It can be paid by bank transfer or with credit card.
- If reservation request is performed within 4 weeks prior to an arrival date, 100% payment is required.
- If the funds are not paid by due date, Stablo Residence Corfu reserves the right to cancel the booking. Cancellation charges in accordance with cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
When a reservation is cancelled due to causes that are attributable to the client, the amount paid as a reservation fee will not be refunded.
- 30-48 days prior to arrival, you will be not charged
- 15-29 days prior to arrival, you will be charged with the 90% of the total amount.
- 0-14 days prior to arrival, you will be charged with the 100% of the total amount.
- A no show or departure prior to the scheduled date, you will be charged with the total amount.
- Cancellation fee is calculated on the total amount of the reservation.
- All cancellations must be sent to us in written.
