SALES TAX & TAX EXEMPT ACCOUNTS
Effective July 1, 2020, DHS Equipment collects sales tax in all states.
To qualify for tax exemption, first create an account by clicking "REGISTER" at the top-right corner of our website, then email your tax certificate to [email protected].
Tax exemptions are processed within the business day they are received, and you will be sent a confirmation email once completed. After confirmation, you may place tax-free orders when logged in to your account on the DHS Equipment website.
SHIPPING INFORMATION | DHS EQUIPMENT
DHS Equipment ships using standard shipping unless expedited options are requested.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for specific delivery instructions, such as "Leave on back porch," or for shipments not marked "Signature Required."
MULTI-WAREHOUSE SHIPPING | FACTORY OEM PARTS
DHS Equipment offers a catalog of over 100,000 OEM parts. Many parts are shipped directly from the manufacturer, resulting in additional shipping fees or order minimums.
When orders include parts from multiple warehouses, they will ship separately and be dispatched at different times.
We will not consolidate shipments unless requested via email or phone call before the order is processed. For example, parts from Husqvarna and Multiquip will ship separately and incur separate shipping charges.
Order processing and delivery times can differ depending on the manufacturer:
- Bomag: 3-4 business days before shipping
- Diamond Products (Core Bore, Core Cut, FastCut): 1-2 business days before shipping
- Genie: 4-5 business days before shipping
- Husqvarna: 3-4 business days before shipping
- MBW: 3-4 business days before shipping.
- Multiquip: 2-5 business days before shipping
- Stens: Usually within 1 business day
- Wacker Neuson: Usually within 1 business day
Please note that it can take an additional business day to receive tracking information from the vendor. We have no control over vendor closures due to holidays, in-climate weather, etc.

STANDARD SHIPPING | LOWER 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
We deliver OEM parts via standard shipping to the lower 48 United States. Shipping rates are based on parcel weight and size within carrier limits (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
For oversized or overweight items, our team will contact you with freight options. This applies to large items such as engines or equipment requiring special handling.

PACKAGE DELIVERY | SHIPPED FROM DHS EQUIPMENT'S WAREHOUSE
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day.
Most shipments from our Miami-area warehouse are sent via USPS or FedEx. Priority Mail (USPS) typically delivers in 2–3 business days, while FedEx takes 1–4 business days.
If your address cannot receive USPS packages, please provide an alternate address during checkout such as a P.O Box. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Claims for missing or undelivered packages must be submitted within 7 business days of the carrier's delivery confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & NON-CONTINENTAL U.S.A
DHS Equipment offers specialized shipping solutions to international customers, and those in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We're very experienced in shipping internationally, as well as working with shipping agents. We provide competitive shipping rates for Alaskan, Hawaiian, Canadian, and Australian customers.
Shipping rates generated by the website may not always be accurate due to part size, weight, and destination. In addition, there are specific Customs restrictions that may affect the eligibility of some international shipments, especially for packages that exceed a combined length and width of 97 inches (246cm) and 66 pounds.
Parts that are not stocked at the DHS Equipment warehouse will need to be ordered from the manufacturer and delivered to our Florida warehouse to be shipped internationally. The delivery of parts from the manufacturer to our warehouse will incur additional shipping costs and time.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver oversized or overweight parts internationally. This includes items such as flat surface cleaners, engines, and similar.
BACKORDERS | NON-STOCK ITEMS & SPECIAL ORDERS
In rare occurrences, some products may be backordered by the manufacturer. We try to update our inventory as quickly as possible when an item is placed on backorder. If an item you purchased is on backorder, you will be notified immediately via email.
In addition, OEM parts are special order items from the manufacturer. Although we maintain a large inventory, it's very difficult to stock millions of parts. In this case, you will be notified that your order may require additional processing time. However, most OEM orders process as normal.
