Return Policy

Returns accepted for one year from time of purchase with prior authorization. Please call 740-264-9535 to obtain authorization number – number must appear on outside of package to be accepted. Merchandise must be in excellent resalable condition. Customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. All CDs and DVDs are non-returnable.

Event Cancellation Policy

Please help us be good stewards of our resources. If you need to cancel or change your event reservation, we ask that you notify Customer Service at [email protected] as soon as possible. Cancellations within 7 days for parish events will not be refunded. Cancellations within 30 days for other major events (i.e. conferences, retreats, annual Gala) will not be refunded but may be credited to a future event within the next year. Any cancellations without notice will not be refunded or credited to a future event.
