Communications policy
It is Atlantic Airways’ aim to operate with an open, forthcoming and dialogical approach to
communications with all stakeholders. Our communication is meant to address the interests and
information needs of relevant stakeholders and ensure that updated and transparent information
concerning developments in the company is made available to investors and other stakeholders,
and published in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
Our communication shall additionally enable Atlantic Airways to stay aligned with shareholder
interests, and enable their voice to be heard.
Our communication policy will be enacted through ongoing communication activities that support
Atlantic Airways’ strategic and business objectives, and to be focused both internally and
externally.
Internal communication
Key information of concern internally to employees is to be published no later than at the same
time as it is made public. Additionally, internal communication is sought to be communicated in a
uniform and simultaneously manner.
Furthermore, our internal communication must also allow for effective and direct relations
between managers and employees in daily operations to promote ongoing internal dialogue.
External communication
In accordance with our stakeholder policy we have identified the company’s main stakeholders,
and engage or communicate with these on an ongoing basis in line with both our stakeholder
policy and our communication policy.
The communication channels, activities and tools used by Atlantic Airways may vary according to
the specific issue as well as type of stakeholder, but we seek to engage proactively and openly with
all stakeholders where it is possible and relevant.
Furthermore, in regard to our investor relations, we seek to provide a continuous and transparent
line of information, which may increase likelihood that the valuation of Atlantic Airways’ shares
reflects the company’s situation and expectations adequately.
As a listed company Atlantic Airways is obliged to ensure that everybody gains equal access to
important information about Atlantic Airways that may impact significantly on the price of the

Atlantic Airways will continuously seek to engage in an open dialogue with its key stakeholders.
The aim of Atlantic Airways’ communication efforts include:
• Signal Atlantic Airways’ strategy, business model, vision and mission
• Support Atlantic Airways’ business objectives
• Build strong and preferred airline brand reputation
• Attract and retain qualified staff
• Increase or broaden investor awareness and increase analyst coverage
• Seek to ensure a liquid market for the company’s share
• Potentially increase awareness in new markets
These communication aims may be supported through a range of media and activities, and will
when relevant be planned and communicated coherently on an ongoing, focused basis.
