If you encounter an error message or are unable to access content from your account, follow the troubleshooting steps below to fix the problem.
Allow cookie access for google.com embeds
Some Google embeds require cookie access in order to show your content.
In the pop up, select Allow cookies, then click Accept or Allow. This gives Google access to essential cookies to display your files properly.
Tip: Private browsing mode in Chrome and other browsers might disable third-party cookies by default. If you browse in an Incognito window, you may need to ensure third-party cookies are allowed.
Fix common error messages
Fix errors in ChromeIf you can’t access your Google content, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure you sign into your Google Account then try again.
- Third-party cookies might be blocked for google.com. Try allowing third-party cookies temporarily.
The Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection on computer browsers can cause files to display improperly. To fix this issue, turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection.
- Follow the steps listed under "What to do if a site seems broken."
- After the site works, continue to report the site.
