What the LED lights mean

The following tables provide detailed information about the possible appearances of the LED lights on each device, the possible causes of each state, and what you should do, if anything, in each situation.

Tip: Ensure your Fiber Jack is connected to the network and the LED lights are connected and working properly before moving on to troubleshoot your router. Likewise, your router will have to be connected and working properly before you can troubleshoot your other Google Fiber devices.

If none of the suggestions are successful or the LEDs for the device indicate a problem you cannot resolve, contact GFiber customer support.
