Control your sleep settings for Nest Hub

You can track your sleep with Google Fit to better understand your overall health and wellness. For example, you can:

  • Ask your Assistant about your sleep data on your Assistant devices. This can include information like sleep duration, schedule, and quality.
  • Get personalized suggestions from Google Fit. You might sleep better with these tips about optimal sleep schedules, sleep recommendations, and overall well being.
