You’ll have to reactivate your AdSense for YouTube account by linking it to your channel in order to use it again. If you no longer need your AdSense for YouTube account, you can
cancel it.
You can still sign into your AdSense for YouTube account while it is deactivated. To reactivate your account, you’ll be asked to verify your phone number again. We also recommend checking that your address is up-to-date. If your channel is eligible for the YouTube Partner Program or a payment from YouTube, you can reactivate the AdSense for YouTube account or create a new one.

You’ll receive an email from AdSense for YouTube to inform you that your account will be deactivated unless you complete the steps outlined in this Help Center article.

Inactivity
AdSense for YouTube accounts are deactivated due to inactivity. If the account linked to your channel is inactive for a certain period of time, we’ll start to notify you. If your AdSense for YouTube account has ad activity or earnings, it won’t be deactivated.
