ChefYukitaka Souda (Yoshitaka Nameda) - A young craftsman pursuing his ideals
Born in 1986. Sushi Yoshitaka Nameda, whose father is a craftsman, decided to follow in his father's footsteps from an early age. After graduating from high school and at the age of 18, he began training in Kitashinchi, Osaka. After more than 10 years of training, at the young age of 29, he stood on the board of [Sushi Izumi] and has continued to this day. We review our own shari and pursue the right balance of seeds every day. We will deliver a special product to everyone.
