...ihachi has inherited the taste of that famous restaurant. Making delicious yakitori takes time. We are proud of our sauce, which is ground that morning, added by hand, and replenished every day. We grill the yakitori slowly over charcoal, so you may have to wait a little. Our draft beer is express draft. It is a very fresh beer, and we serve it with great care.
