妻と何処かへドライブがてらに食事をしようということになり検討の結果、以前強烈な印象が残ったこちらへ。人気店だし土曜日だから開店前に着いておこうと約１5分前に到着すると既に駐車場が空いていない。何とか車を停め入店するとなんと11番目でした。開店後約30分経って名前が呼ばれテーブル席へ。ここまでも想像以上。オーダーはまず売りの大海老フライ御膳はマスト。妻はお刺身の御膳に決定。以前食べてあまりの迫力に驚いた高足カニは値段の高騰で出せなくなったそうです。まずやって来たお刺身御膳にビックリ！美味しそうな刺身がなんと大皿に盛られている。これは普通2人前！(写真参照)こちらもエビフライや茶碗蒸し、フルーツまで付いてなんと確か1600円ちょっと。嘘だろう！
大海老フライの御膳はなんと三尾も付いて2000円也。普通は二尾だよね。
期待値を上回ると感激だけど大きく上回ると感動に変わる！茶碗蒸しもしっかりしたものだし、もうお腹も気持ちも十分満たされて満足過ぎる。超人気のお店にはちゃんとした理由があったのでした。ついでに入口で売っていたメロンも買っちゃった。

ビックリした！

以前から気になっていましたが渥美半島で遊んだ帰り、蒲郡に近い形原にあるこちらへ立ち寄りました。海老フライや高足がにが人気のお店のようです。平日ですが少し時間をずらして遅めの入店です。店内には数組の先客あり、雰囲気も土間がありいい感じ。座敷席に座りメニューを見てやっぱり引かれたのはジャンボ海老フライと高足がにの定食なのでまずは素直にオーダーしました。高足がには値段が２種類あるそうですが安い方としました。しばらくするとまず蟹がやって来ましたが結構量が多い上に食べてみすと甲羅の中には身がしっかりと入っており食べ応えあり。深海のカニらしいが結構美味しいです。ジャンボ海老フライがやって来ましたが見てビックリ！メチャクチャでかいそれも3尾も。当然美味いに決まってますよね。これは人生最大の大きさか？かにの定食にも海老フライが付いていますがこちらもまずまずの大きさのものが2尾も。黙々と食べましたがもうお腹パンパンです。帰りがけにおかみさんと話たところ、高足かには毎日ある訳ではないので食べたい時は予約すると良いとのこと。またジャンボよりも大きいであろうスーパージャンボとはどの位大きさかと尋ねるとお化けサイズをジェスチャーされました。兎に角こちらのパフォーマンスは期待値を遥かに越えた凄いお店でした。すっかりご馳走になりました。
