Restaurant highlights |
Seasonal Fried Skewers and seasonal sake!
Seasonal Fried Skewers and Akita sake sourced to go with them.
In October, we will feature vegetable skewers from Akita! "Hana Maitake" and "Thick Jumbo Shiitake"
From mushroom skewers, there are variet
...ies such as "Soft and fluffy eggplant", "Asoosusupara" and "Akita beautiful green onion".
Full of local skewers! We also recommend the "Ripe Padron" which goes well with beer.
There's a lot of "autumn sake" in the local sake lineup! And in the second half of the month, "new sake" will finally be available.
There may also be some "hidden drinks" that aren't listed on the menu.
We look forward to your reservation!
