I visited in September when the summer heat was still lingering. I called to make a reservation a few days before, but they said I would make the reservation online. This is the restaurant I wanted to visit. The exterior is dark and hard to understand, but the interior is lovely! When I ordered my first sour drink, the words "Adult Cream Soda" suddenly caught my eye. I was also impressed by the owner who answered my annoying request with a smile, "Excuse me, can I have this instead?" Everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the mentaiko gratin I was looking for. The mentaiko, tofu, and white sauce had a melting texture that was exquisite. The cream soda was quite sweet. (I had a second helping, but couldn't get the pineapple.) The food and drink menus are both substantial, so I'd like to go again.
