良い意味で裏切られました。
船橋や千葉にはここ数年完全個室を謳う高級路線の同じようなお店がよくオープンしてはすぐに閉店していました。
こちらのお店は3月にオープンし、シェフの経歴も間違いないのですが口コミが増えるまで様子を見ていました。
その時間は無駄でした、この口コミを見た方信じて1度行ってみてください！
お店は少しわかりずらいです、ビルの3階、元々完全個室の焼肉店だったようです。
オーナーシェフの方はお若いですが料理はもちろん接客も素晴らしかったです。
他のスタッフ様も接客よかったです。
完全個室ですが常に気を配ってくださる感じがしました。
パティシエ出身と多くの方が認識されているようですが料理人としての経歴も素晴らしく、パティシエならではの最高の1皿に出会えます。面白いです。
料理の素材も船橋で何店舗も飲食店を経営しているお店が母体にあるのでいい物がそろってます。
パン1つが美味しかったです！
船橋にはこのようなお店が無かったので嬉しいです。
お店もビルの3階とわかりずらいですがお客さん入っていました。
