憧れの蕎麦屋

勝山の手打ちそば 八助さんに伺いました。
製粉所を併設した、越前蕎麦の名店です。
おろしそば(￥540)山かけそば(￥740)かけそば(￥540)を頂きました。

私が尊敬する紀行作家・南正時さん
作家以外にも、鉄道写真家・アニメーター・湧水愛好家・ふんどし研究家などの多彩な顔を持つ
