At Anbai, we use varieties that are suited to each dish, and offer a masterpiece that pairs perfectly with each other. All materials are carefully selected by experienced connoisseurs and are purchased from vendors that the shop owner visits and trusts. For the meat, go to the slaughterhouse and decide, ``This is it.'' The seafood is extremely fresh, shipped directly from the market. A variety of Japanese-style meal shochu are available, with consideration given to their compatibility with Creative Cuisine centered around Japanese cuisine. We carefully select famous sake from sake breweries all over the country, with a focus on dry varieties, and we change out seasonal brands each time. Shochu is made not only from potatoes, barley, and rice, but also from brown sugar and awamori. We also have our original brand of shochu.
