帰省時に訪問しました。
ルヴァン種のパンが得意のようです。
パン･ド･ハリマヤ がスペシャリテのよう。

私自身が、酸味の生地はそれほど好みではないので、なんとも‥なのですが、美味しいお店だと思います。
