Fujii's popular menu item is the "Unagi Wasa-don" (eel and wasabi rice bowl), which is an exquisite combination of the aroma of green onions, the flavor of wasabi, and the secret sauce that has been a

The "eels" are carefully selected from a wholesaler that has been on good terms with the previous generation, and only the best quality eels are purchased that day. The meat is plump and soft, with just the right amount of bite, and you can enjoy the deliciousness of the eel even more by having it "white-grilled" or "steamed in a bamboo steamer." The restaurant has table seating and a raised tatami room. Reservations are recommended.
