お仕事 in みやま市。
午前中に現場での仕事を済ませランチへと向かいます。
目指すのはネットで見つけた「蓮華（れんげ）」さん。
国道209号線を南下し、国道208号線と合流する濃施の交差点より手前でナビが右折の表示。
信号のない脇道へ曲がり込んだところ1分も行かないうちに焼肉の幟を発見です。
駐車場は10台ほど。
空いているスペースに車を入れ、11:45に入店です。
先客の対応でバタバタしているようで、入口で名前を書いてウエイティング。
その後、奥の半個室へと案内されました。
半個室へは靴を脱いで上がるシステム。
案内されたのは卓上ロースターが設置された6人用の掘りごたつ部屋。
1人で悠々占領です。 (￣ー￣)
店員さんから「ご注文はQRコードの読み込みでお願いします。」との案内がありました。
注文したのは「ホルモン定食（980円、込）」。
『ご飯大盛り無料』の言葉も見つけもちろん大盛仕様です。 (笑)
サーブされたのは12:10。
入店時に店員さんから「少しお時間かかります」との案内を受けておりましたが、本当にスマホからの注文が飛んでるのか不安になるほど・・。
無事、着盆となりました。
さっそくいただきます。
野菜が絡んだホルモン鉄板焼き。
ご飯、スープと小鉢が付いてます。
ぶ厚めのホルモンで噛み応えがあります。
濃厚な味噌ソースとご飯との相性がいいですね。
ただ、ご飯は大盛り仕様のはずですが、見た目普通ほどの盛り。
いただき終われば腹7～8分めの感覚でした。
会計もスマホで送信。
計算書を持って来られるのを待ちますが、お客さんの対応で忙しいのかスマホの送信が飛んでないのか、これまた時間がかかってまた不安。
意を決し、レジへと向かうとちゃんと送信されてました。 (笑)
どうやらご家族での経営のようで、ランチ人気の高さにまだオペレーションが追付いてないようです。
店員さんの接客自体は好印象。
それがまた人気の秘密でもあるんでしょうね。
それでは次の目的地、久留米へと向かいます。
