A yakiniku restaurant in a residential area of Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture. Currently, there are few restaurants (with permission) that can serve raw meat, so I rarely get to eat beef sashimi. I have been eating beef sashimi since I was a child. "I want to eat beef sashimi... ( ´ᐞ` )" While thinking about going to a Yonezawa beef Steak restaurant in Yamagata Prefecture that serves beef sashimi, I searched on my smartphone and came across this image of seared Wagyu beef sashimi! Raw meat? Seared? ? It just looks delicious ♬ I made a reservation right away and visited for the first time ⬇ What I ordered ⬇ . ● "Seared Wagyu Beef Sea Urchin Fatty Sashimi" 2580 yen Is beautifully marbled Wagyu beef sashimi seared? Apparently I want to eat raw beef sashimi, so I'm happy. It goes great with sake, beer, and other alcoholic beverages! It's salted sea urchin, but it's quite salty and has no sweetness to it. I don't want this... ● "Thick-sliced salted marinated tongue for two" ¥1,800 Cow tongue is thickly cut but has a soft texture, making it delicious and a good deal♬ ● "Specially selected rump" ¥2,280 Although it's from the thigh, it's beautifully marbled meat The fat is sweet and incredibly tender I had it with the wasabi and salt that came with the seared Wagyu beef sashimi♬ ● "Thick square rump meat" ¥1,580 Thickly cubed rump meat It smelled like thawed meat and had a drippy taste, so it wasn't that great... ● "Kalbi" ¥1,450 The basic kalbi is well seasoned, so you can just grill it and eat it as is ● "Wagyu liver" ¥980 It has less of the typical liver smell and is delicious This one is also well seasoned ● "Top-grade pork innards with salt" ¥390 Well-salted innards ● "Large rice" ¥350 ● "Cold Noodles" ¥900 ● "Draft beer" Mug ¥580 x 3 ●Non-alcoholic beer ¥450 ●Tax 10% ¥1,405 . Good points here ・A wide variety of sake and shochu ・You can eat grilled beef sashimi ・Smoking is allowed (great for smokers) Slight disappointments ・The yakiniku sauce is quite sweet (personal preference) ・The quality of the meat varies depending on the part Personally, I was satisfied with the grilled Wagyu fatty tuna sashimi My companion didn't like the taste of his favorite red meat (rump) and the sauce, so it wasn't that great The samgyeopsal that the customer next to me ordered looked really delicious, so next time I'd like to try the Korean yakiniku menu Thank you for the meal ฅ(=´ㅅ`=)ฅ
