【地鶏つくね串/豚ねぎま串/豚キムチ串/うずらベーコン串/ねぎ/焼きおにぎり】
ちょっとつまみたいねと立ち寄ったのは、柳ヶ瀬にある備長いろり庵さん。好みの串や食材を選び、目の前の囲炉裏で焼いて楽しめるお店。通るたび気になっていたものの、お邪魔するのは初めて。
THE居酒屋さんな雰囲気の店内には、お座敷やカウンター席が。どの席にも囲炉裏があって、席につくと店員さんが備長炭を並べてくれる。
メニューには囲炉裏で焼ける串や炙り肴の他に、一品料理もあるみたい。せっかくだから、色々焼いてみようと串類をオーダー。すると、色んな串が並んだ大皿を持って店員さんが登場。うわー、これはテンションが上がる。実物が並んでるとつい目移りしちゃう。
網の上に乗せたら、串屋さんになった気分で焼き上げていく。自分で焼く機会ってなかなかないから、出来上がるまでの時間も楽しい。綺麗に焼けていく過程も、途中から漂ういい匂いにもわくわく。香ばしく焼けた熱々の串に、会話も弾む。
ちょっとだけのつもりが、炭火焼きできるシチュエーションに高まって、焼きおにぎりまで追加。夜カフェもいいけど、串を焼きながらこうやって過ごす夜もいいものね。糖分より塩分派な私に合ってるかも笑
土曜21時半頃にお邪魔して、待ちなし。早い時間に行けば、写真以上にたっぷり盛られた串に出会えそう。
