紅葉の山々からの帰り道
郷土料理のけいちゃんが食べたくて寄ってみました
午後5時前でしたが
広いホールにはお客さんがちらほら
鶏肉やキャベツをタレで炒めるけいちゃん定食1200円を2人前で
こちらのお店は味噌ダレ
卓上コンロの上の鉄板で炒めるセルフスタイル
立ち昇る香りがすごい、あぁビールが欲しいなぁ
でも山道と高速を運転できるのは一人しかいない…
そして出来上がり
頂いてみると思っていた以上にピリ辛
大人には、というか酒飲みには濃いめでちょうどいい味
肉も大きく分厚くていい
でも子供には辛さがちょっときつかったみたい
香りはすさまじくいいのに食べられない目の前のお肉
料理に背中を向けて寂しそうにしていたので
お子様カレーを追加オーダー
甘いけど味がしっかりしているカレーのおかげで
機嫌がよくなったみたいでよかったよかった
