We offer extremely fresh local fish dishes, which the owner personally travels to Etajima, known as the "natural fishing ground" in Setouchi, to purchase. The famous ``Kawahagi Raw Chiri'' is made using fresh ingredients that swim in restaurant 's fish tank until just before cooking. This is a masterpiece with an attractive elasticity and flavor that can only be enjoyed because it is fresh. We purchase a variety of ingredients from the island's seafood company, Mr. Shinsui, and from lemon farmers. Please enjoy to your heart's content the seasonal fresh fish of Setouchi, made by the owner's discerning eye and the trusted broker.

We have a wide variety of alcoholic drinks that can be enjoyed with fresh fish and Oyster from the Seto Inland Sea. The "Freshly squeezed lemon Chuhai (Shochu cocktail)" is a refreshing drink made with lemons sourced from a contracted farmer. The "Ocho Lemon Highball" is also popular. We also have a wide selection of aged sake from "Kamigame Sake Brewery," recommended by the owner, who loves hot sake.
