元々は古江にありましたが、2023年11月に海老山町へと移転した、ドイツパンor菓子のお店です。
廿日市市にあるフェルダーシェフさんの姉妹店です。
フェルダーシェフさんも速谷神社のやや近くにありますが、メールさんも塩屋神社のすぐそばにあります。

こういったスモークサーモンとタマネギが挟んである姿のプレッツェルは初めて食べました。
太い部分は柔らかく、細い部分はカリカリとしていて、食感の違いが楽しめました。
