Chiritori nabe is a dish that originated in Ikuno-ku, Osaka, and is made in a square, flat iron Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot). It is similar to the Korean-style thick Teppan-yaki, tetchan nabe, which evolved from motsu teppanyaki, and the final dish of udon and zosui is delicious!
