The distinct tomato sourness and the fragrant basil stimulate my nose. The chicken bouillon is light and thick, even though it's so deep. The bonito (mackerel? bonito flakes?) stock is added to support it. I'm hooked on the strong, wild punch soup. Still, it seems to have become milder (evolved) than 20 years ago. 久々入店。メニューを見ると時代の流れを感じる。。。ハンバーグ旨いとわかりつつも、入店とともに鼻汗でてくるのでカウンター座ると同時にパブロフ現象でトマトスープ＋チキンベジタブル＋辛さ５をオーダー。さんざん飲んだ後の午前様でビールいくことなく水をたくさん飲んで落ち着く。店内のスパイスの香りいいなぁ…としばし待ちながら…カレー登場。

旨いわっ。と思いつつも、進化系だなと再認識。スパイス感が強めなのがとても好き。鮮やかな野菜たちのｽｱｹﾞ具合◎もちろんブロッコリーｳﾏｯ。ｺｺのチキンやはりｲｲ具合だなぁ。柔らか＋パリッと感がめちゃｲｲ◎。大ぶり野菜の合間にチキンをほぐしながらスープの変化を楽しむ。なかなかのボリュームでオナカイッパイ。

またオナカスイテルときに来たいな。
