まずはおばんざいプレートを頼むシステム。その後好きなおつまみを頼んでね。
さてさて、
プレートの四品は子和え、長いもの梅和え、ほたて、中華くらげ。
それぞれはっきりした味でよきツマミ。
話好きの女将さんとの距離感は心地よく料理に関することを楽しそうに教えてくれて、こちらまで楽しくなる。
銀タラの煮付けはごはんがほしくなるね。かわりに？日本酒を貰うがもっきりでマスの目一杯まで入れてくれる。
はっきし言って『すごい！』
彩り良き野菜炒め、ズッキーニやぱぷりか、きのこ美味しい。
黒七味などかけたりして楽しくおいしくいただく。
さて、江戸のお惣菜。あぶたま煮を頂く。味つきのアブラゲのなかに玉子。こってりうまい！
調子に乗り料理追加して三千桜。
白木と明るい照明、綺麗な店内。
日本酒、焼酎、ウイスキーなども色々置いてある。
お一人様でも安心して飲んで、食べれる、ここは良い店だ。

Now, let's get to the egg salad. The moderate saltiness makes the sake flow. The highball in the cute oval glass goes down great. The distance between you and the talkative proprietress is also comfortable. I eat the seri nabe, which is served on a plate. It tastes even better when you add Maikohanhihi shichimi (a Japanese seven-spice powder) to it! There are many other kinds of shichimi, such as black shichimi, which is interesting. Since I was there, I ordered a cold Kita no Katsu, and they poured it overflowing into the measuring cup. This is a good store. I didn't have much time that day, so I'd like to ask again later.
