『ポルチーニ茸のパルミジャーノチーズリゾット』があった。クッチーナと同じメニュー？と思い調べてみると、クッチーナとミアボッカは同じ会社(㈱イーストン)だということが分かった。
コレと、平日割引になっていたスパークリングワインと『揚げニョッキとソーセージ』をオーダー。赤と白はブランド名が書いてあるが、何故か樽詰スパークリングワインはノンブランド。どうもボトルで用意されているフェッラーリ マキシマム ブリュットとは(コチラはステンレスタンクなので)別物と思われる。
先ずは、スパークリングワインであるが、ノンブランドだし、、、とタカをくくっていたが、コレがかなり美味い。自分はスッキリより濃厚だったり、香りが強いものが好きなので、好みのタイプであった。
揚げニョッキとソーセージはメインだけだと量が足りないと思い頼んだが、酒のツマミとしてとてもよく合う。コレも美味しい。
メインのポルチーニ茸のパルミジャーノチーズリゾットは、サーブからしてクッチーナと同じであった。
見かけも味も、同時に並べて食べれば違いは有るのかも知れないが、私の記憶の範囲では、違いはほぼ分からなかった。何となくではあるが、コチラの方がやや米が固めの気はしたが、気のせいかも知れない。
濃厚なチーズ、濃厚なキノコ、堪らなく美味い。もう少し安ければ、毎週食べたいところだ。
