Food homemade udon
The udon noodles are made with homemade noodles, and unlike Sanuki udon, they are thinner, firmer, and silky smooth. Furthermore, our carefully selected original blend of soup stock uses dried bonito (from Shizuoka), chin (from Nagasaki), mackerel (from Kyushu), and sodabushi (from Kyushu). This is our proud soup stock, carefully selected by our chefs.

The tender, chewy and plump Awaji chicken is grilled and then cooked in our signature dashi broth and egg until fluffy and soft. The perfectly half-cooked, runny egg mixes with the rice, and the delicious dashi broth and grilled chicken will whet your appetite in this highly recommended dish!

Perfect for company parties and other gatherings! We recommend our 120-minute (last 90 minutes) all-you-can-drink plan. We offer a "Great Party Plan with Assorted Obanzai, Sashimi, Meat Dishes, Our Specialty Hirohiro Rolls, and Homemade Udon" (5,100 yen) and a "Easy Party Plan with Specialty Rolls, Sashimi, Meat Dishes, and Homemade Udon" (4,300 yen).

There are 70 seats in total, including the third floor, so you can also use it for dinner parties.
