Our signature demi-glace sauce is made with carefully selected ingredients, including onions from Awaji Island, and is crafted with great care and time. We gently toast flour, slowly simmer meat and vegetables, let it rest thoroughly, and strain it without waste. This process takes over five days to complete. Additionally, we take pride in our homemade tartar sauce, which is used in our seafood dishes such as shrimp tempura, fish fry, and scallop fry. We invite you to try it!

The most popular signature dish is the "Beef Cutlet." We serve high-quality Australian tenderloin, cut thick and cooked rare, with very little fat. Enjoy it with our special demi-glace sauce. Our second most popular dish, "Omelette Rice," features a perfect balance of thinly cooked egg, red sauce, and demi-glace sauce, and is a nostalgic classic. We also recommend our weekday-only "Mixed Fry," which allows you to enjoy shrimp tempura, minced cutlet, and a daily special all at once.
