Our pride is in our 'Kushi Katsu', which is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside! The aroma and flavor that spread in your mouth are sure to bring a smile to your face. Our handmade sauce is made by mixing "black kelp" from Iwate Prefecture with bonito broth, along with sugar, soy sauce, and brandy. This sauce, which is carefully cooked for over two days, has maintained the same flavor since our establishment. Enjoy our unique delicacies to the fullest!

You can enjoy a variety of dishes, including ramen created in collaboration with the popular ramen shop "Jinrui Mina Menrui," as well as sushi and fried foods. We are also in the process of developing a new café menu, so please look forward to it!
