The traditional oden, finished with a secret broth that has been loved since the establishment of the restaurant, is a popular menu item. It features a light and clear broth that does not use soy sauce, allowing the ingredients such as daikon, konnyaku, and eggs to be simmered slowly to match their flavors. Additionally, we take great care in selecting each ingredient. We use black-haired wagyu for skewers and beef tendon, and local free-range chicken for poultry dishes, as well as fresh fish caught during the day and fresh bluefin tuna. Please enjoy the deliciousness that comes from our handmade dishes made with carefully selected ingredients.

When you visit our store, be sure to try our kushikatsu (skewered and deep-fried food). Among the wide variety available, we recommend the "beef," "pork," and the fresh "sardines" and "whale." You can enjoy them with our homemade sauce, which is light and made with vegetables, wine, and a Japanese-style dashi. Our handmade dressing salad is also a popular item among regular customers. We will do our best to accommodate any requests, even for items not listed on the menu. Don't forget to check our daily specials on the blackboard!

The Japanese sake that pairs well with oden and skewers includes historical premium brands like "Sakura Masamune" and the dry junmai sake "Banshu Ikken," offering a unique selection. In addition to highballs featuring "Kirin Whiskey Riku," we also have a wide variety of shochu, including barley, sweet potato, and brown sugar. Alongside various beers from Kirin, Asahi, Suntory, and Sapporo, we also offer two types of craft beer. Since we regularly change the brands, you can enjoy something new every time you visit.
