"Tenryu Dandan Noodles" handed down from grandfather to father, and from father to me
The Chinese Cuisine restaurant "Asia-ro" was founded in Yokosuka by my grandfather, who came to Japan from mainland China before the war. Since then, until I, the third generation owner, have relocate
...d twice due to land readjustment and other reasons, and we have been operating in Hiratsuka for the past 13 years. In 2010, we reopened as the Original Tenryu Dandan Noodle Shop, with the desire to share with many people the "Dandan Noodles" that were handed down from my grandfather's generation, the dish that I am most attached to from Asia-ro.
